INGREDIENTS
. 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa powder
. 5 tablespoons Milk (Full cream)
. 1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
. 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
. 4 tablespoons All-purpose Flour
. 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
PREPARATION
1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl or you can mix it straight into the mug you're using.
2. Mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and stir till you get an almost smooth and thick consistency. At this point you can add chocolate chips, nuts or whatever catches your fancy if you like. Just make sure it's something that goes well with Chocolate.
3. Pour the mixture into the mug or if you already mixed everything in the mug, just place the mug in your microwave oven. Set the temperature to high and timer to 5 minutes or you can set it to medium high and timer to 8 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of your cake comes out clean.Serve with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream.
