I know I know I've been AWOL for some months, I know you missed me, I missed you too. Well Ravineux Catering has been under going some construction ( REBRANDING), the work is still on but I missed you guys too much to wait till the work is over. Part of our new image is our fresh and healthy food campaign. Ravineux is going to be all about eating right, making healthy food more fun and interesting (who says healthy food can't be fun right?). Every week for the next few months, I'll post fun facts about various food items, some of which we never imagined but are so true, for example did you know that onions is a bad ass (forgive my french) killing machine when it comes to cancer causing free radicals? I bet you didn't know that. These facts will give you a glimpse into our kitchen so you're sure we only give the best when it comes to your food.
